Osman Restaurant (JB) Sdn Bhd was officially incorporated on the 11th August 2006 as GROUP HOLDING COMPANY to manage and supervise the chain of Restaurants under the name and style of OSMAN RESTAURANT.The name OSMAN RESTAURANT is the trade name in the vicinity of JOHOR BHARU.

OSMAN was founded by the Managing Diector , Mr.Osman Ali Mohamed Shariff.The founder had his humble begining in the early 1990s as a small
"WARUNG" or stall business in a newly launched Taman Bukit Mewah mainly catering to the food needs of the construction workers.

Prior to te setting up of this petite business venture togather with his family members , he had practical working experiance is restaurants in Kuala Lumpur , Johor and also in Singapore.Equipped with vast knowledge and experience in the food industry , the founder then took a bold step forward to establish a restaurant from a simple begining as a stall.

Thus the birth of Osman Restaurant was initially seen as a Sole Proprietorship family concern under the then registered name as Restoran Selera Bukit Mewah in Taman Bukit Mewah , Johor bharu and officially opened on the 31st of August 1997.It has since then grew to its present 11 outlets slowly but steadily to become one of the leading chain of"MAMAK" Restaurants in Johor bharu.
